Cancellation Policy

Our prices are inclusive of GST (where applicable) and any other taxes that may be payable. A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling request (Adequate Notice). To cancel or re-schedule your booking, please contact us by email at admin@fortunolawyers.com. Our Booking Policy: We understand that unavoidable emergencies can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible in the event of an unforeseen circumstance, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with Adequate Notice (at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment). Cancellation Policy: We accept cancellations up to 72 hours before the booking, including 'change of mind' cancellations. However, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment (Late Cancellations), or failure to show up for their appointment without Adequate Notice (a No-Show Event), will incur a fee of the full service amount ($198 AUD). You will not be charged at the time of making the booking. The service fee for your appointment will become payable following your consultation. In the event of a No-Show Event or a Late Cancellation, the full service amount will become payable unless you are able to demonstrate an unforeseeable or extraordinary circumstances that will otherwise prevent a booking from proceeding. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from receiving timely service and impact our ability to operate efficiently.
